Remove Project Tasks Section from Tasks Page

Improved startup and sync reliability
Startup now syncs your data before opening the workspace. If the local server fails, it restarts automatically and reloads the app. Sync after login is triggered immediately for up-to-date data. Improved handling of offline data and cache.

Fix offline data handling for empty snapshots

Clearer empty states and streamlined stats
Task sections now keep their headers when empty, so you always see what's there. Notes with no content now show a clear "No notes yet" message. The motivational banner on the completed stats page has been removed.

Safer logout and session handling
Changing your password now signs you out from all devices. Logout on desktop syncs pending changes before exiting. Offline edits from a previous session are safely ignored. Expired sessions are detected and cleared automatically.

Onboarding tour and dialog fixes
New guided tour helps first-time users set up projects and tasks quickly. Dialogs now stay open until you explicitly close them, preventing accidental dismissals. Feedback dialog resets properly after you submit it.
